Having competed in the sport since age 10, Miguel wanted to create something which would help athletes reach their full potential and change the landscape of the sport forever. His main speciality is the sprint hurdles all though he has been known to dabble in many other events. He is a participant of the sport as an athlete and now as a representative.

Dajon has been doing athletics since he was 9 years old. He used to be a sprinter in his younger days but went on to jump 6.12m at the age of 16 at the most coveted Jamaican high school athletics championships, just missing out on the final. Now, he loves jumping over equidistant plastic fences at full speed, which he only started 4 years ago at university! He is helping Tudo build up its competition database so you will have an abundance of competition options to choose from!

Rafaela has always been involved in sports since she was 6 years old. At 9 years old she discovered the athletics world and used to compete in the 60m sprints. Although, her great passion has always been volleyball, which she played for 4 years. Now she is excited to help with this project that involves so many people working together to help others grow and achieve their goals. She is helping Tudo by recruiting your content creators and also by managing the articles, you will be eager to read!

Efe Uwaifo

An established British Triple Jumper, Efe has been English Schools Champion for both the long and triple jump events as well as medallist at senior level. He went on to study Economics at Harvard University where he gained key experience at NCAA level. Now he sets his sights on pushing Tudo forward and making major championship teams.

Toby Makoyawo

Toby Makoyawo is one of the top sprinting talents rising through the ranks. Making amazing progressive improvements since 2019, Toby has gone from 10.88 to 10.12 in just a few years. After becoming U20 European champion in 2021 he has now elected to take his studies to Boston University where he competes in the NCAA system.

Callum Holder

Callum is a full time student at Cardiff Met University and a dedicated athlete with high expectations of himself. Callum strongly believes that although athletics is seen as an individual sport, you cannot succeed without a good team atmosphere.

Owen Heard

Owen has made an incredibly massive breakthrough with the pole in hand improving from 4.80m the season before to add 65cm onto his current new personal best. Owen will look to assist in the operations with social media as well editing of content items to be released daily throughout the site.

Sport has been a part of his life since childhood and he grew up participating in various team sports rugby and cricket. Javelin Throw was always a big interest of his and since he grew up on a farm, there was always something that you try to throw further than your friends. He started throwing the Javelin in High School and focused more seriously toward the sport at the beginning of college. After college he started working in the agricultural industry but still made time to train and have been throwing ever since.

Holly has been involved with athletics since age 8. Starting out as a long jump specialist, she has since transitioned over the last four years into a top tier heptathlete where she dedicates herself to mastering the 7 disciplines. Upon graduating university she now trains as a full-time athlete setting her sights on winning all there is to win! A proud feminist and one who wishes to help in any way she can in the pursuit of equality and support for all.

Emma Ljungberg

Emma has competed in discus since she was 15. In her junior years she competed internationally at multiple occasions. She competed in NCAA for the University of Arizona for four years. Her time at Arizona did not go as planned due to having autoimmune related joint pain the last year and half. After recovering she began training in Växjö, Sweden. She is currently pursuing her carrier as a discus thrower half her time in Sweden and half her time in the states and is married to an American. Emma is working towards competing internationally at the European level.

Jacob is a multiple time Australia representative in the 110m Hurdles. Training under former Olympic Champion Sally Pearson. He is ranked amongst the top 10 fastest Australians of all time and has his eyes firmly set on the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. A very technically proficient hurdler, Jacob will look to provide top quality content to all the sprint hurdlers of this world, from beginners to the elite!

Rubem is a top flight expert in pole vaulting who likes to apply real science as part of his coaching methodology. Having been coached by world class coaches such as Vitaly Petrov & Phillipe Houvion his understanding of the event is truly top tier. His vastly experienced career as an athlete enables him to help you find the right tools and techniques with the pole in hand in order to enable you to maximise your full potential.

Sam Khogali

Sam has been competing as a long jumper for the best part of 7 years. Having come into the sport relatively late, pursuing rugby through school, he had a limited yet successful junior experience in the sport, picking up a couple of national medals and an England U20 selection. He attended Loughborough University for 4 years where he was able to transition effectively to senior ranks and has since been ranked within the top 10 in the UK regularly. Sam now has his sights on the Commonwealth Games!

Alex Millard

Alex is a 20 year old middle distance athlete. She is currently studying Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University. She has been in the sport for around 9 years with her specialist discipline being the 1500m and cross country. Alex has seen huge improvements over the last 2 years and has recently added a national title to her best cross season to date!

Daniel Morgan

Guðni Valur Guðnason

Guðni Valur is a 27 year old discus thrower from Iceland. He's 199cm tall and 140kg and has been training for discus for 8 years. He is an double Olympian. He set a new Icelandic discus record late 2020. He'll finish his BSc in Sport science the spring of 2022. Guðni Valur has almost trained every sport there is available in Iceland including training swimming for 6 years ,basketball for 8 years and golf for 10 years.

Katie Head

Katie has been hammer throwing for over 10 years with her father being her coach! Her father was an Olympic hammer thrower himself! Katie graduated from Brunel University, where she was a sport scholar for the entire degree. Katie has a degree in sports and exercise science and is now a full-time athlete! Katie competitively played rugby and was a dancer, before deciding to pursue hammer throwing. Katie's main target is to compete for England at the Commonwealth Games!

Caroline came to triple jump through her coach Byron Casfor in 2016. She is an ambitious but rather reserved athlete who needs a lot of fun in competition to jump well. At 19, she jumped an U20 World Championship standard for the first time. What she loves about the sport is, on the one hand, the variety of movements and, on the other hand, the interaction between athletes around the world. Caroline is a student on the side, but her big goal is the 2028 Olympics.

Kimberly Williamson has been a national representative for Jamaica in the women’s high jump since 2009 when she first competed at the World Youth Championship. Her passion for the high jump came from a lifelong desire to overcome barriers. She started jumping when she was 11. At first, it was a way for her to escape her reality, it later became a driving force to encourage others to pursue their passion. High jump has allowed her to travel the world, meet new people and experience new cultures.

A self dedicated athlete who grew up in Egypt, a place that where opportunities in the sport can be very scarce. He has fast improved and is now looking to break onto the European circuit and knock down that time of his below 50seconds. He trains remotely under the tutelage of Andreas Behm.

Chris McAlister

Chris has become a regular at the top of British & European hurdling over the last few seasons, culminating in his recent appearance in the Diamond League Final in Zurich His high world ranking qualified him for the Tokyo Olympics but he was sadly overlooked by selectors, despite being in personal best shape. He is now looking to bounce back from that disappointment with strong performances as the World Championships and Commonwealth Games next year!

Shyvonne Roxborough

Growing up watching the Olympics, Shyvonne has always had a fascination with the track and field world. Quitting football at 14, Roxborough began her track career at 15! As a highly ranked junior, she was recruited by Canadian University Guelph Gryphons where she went on to win multiple conference and national varsity medals, whilst being school record holder for the 60m. Shyvonne has represented Canada multiple times including at the World Relays. She is currently ranked 4th in Canada for 100m

Lewis McGuire

Lewis has been high jumping since as far back as 2012 where in that time he has managed to earn many championship titles. He has never been more passionate about it than he has in recent times and has been a Scottish representative on many occasions. Beyond the sport Lewis studied Mathematics and is interestingly he is one of identical triplets. He has his sights set on jumping higher and to move onto making major championship teams.

Shay Veitch

Shay is a 21 year old long jumper who continues to improve every season. He grew up between New Zealand, Thailand, and China, beginning athletics in high school. He his currently in his third year of his biomedicine degree, majoring in nutrition. He plans to jump 8 meters and compete internationally next season.

Josh Putt

Josh has studied sports and exercise science and just gone on to complete his MSc in S&C. He really enjoys the gym and aiding himself and others to improve themselves for their event performance and in general life!

Sarah Vogel

Sarah has been doing athletics all her life and started Pole Vaulting at the age of 11. Interestingly she is coached by her own father. Benefiting from her mental strength, Sarah delivers when asked and thus established herself at the top of the international junior level in the past few years. As a part of the German national team she aims qualifying for major championships. Sarah follows the motto: 'If you want something you never had, you have to do something you have never done.'

Jami Kinnunen

A third generation Javelin Thrower from Finland. He's been throwing Javelin more or less for the past 15 years. The last couple of years as a professional. Last year he finally broke the 80m limit, after many years of injuries. Aiming for longer throws and major championships in the coming years.

Damian Nevins

Damian Nevins is a Level 4 UKA Athletics coach with 15 years coaching experience of children to adults of all abilities. He has been competing for 28 years at distances ranging from 800 metres to half-marathon. Currently a top ranked v40 UK athlete, he has personal bests of 70:17 over the half marathon, 31:03 for 10000 metres and 14:45 for 5000 metres and most recently breaking 10 minutes (9:59) for 3000 metres steeplechase. He also has a strong knowledge of running beyond training, racing, and coaching with his academic background in BSc Sport Sciences and MSc Sport and Exercise Physiology.
